Delete your TriveLive account

This page explains how to delete your TriveLive account (app by Sennur Bay on the App Store and Therapia on Google Play) and what happens to your data.

Steps

  1. Open the TriveLive app, or open the Profile page of the TriveLive website in any browser.
  2. Sign in with the same method you used before (e-mail, Google or Apple). You must have signed in within the last 5 minutes.
  3. Open Profile → Account and tap Delete account, then Yes, delete my account.

If you can no longer sign in, contact us at info@trivelive.com from the e-mail address of your account and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

  • Immediately: your sign-in account, e-mail address, username, profile photo link, bio, settings, favourites, notification choices and notification devices.
  • Immediately: your posts and the replies under them, your likes, follows, follow requests and blocks.
  • Immediately: the text of your forum posts (they are shown as “deleted user”). The remaining post records and your likes are erased together with the match forum, at the latest 36 hours after the match ends.
  • Within 14 days: copies of your settings and notification devices in our server backups.

What is kept

Records of forum reports and moderation decisions (who reported which post, the reason and the outcome) are kept without the post text, to protect the forums from abuse.

Schritte

  1. Öffnen Sie die TriveLive-App oder öffnen Sie die Profilseite der TriveLive-Website in einem beliebigen Browser.

Was aufbewahrt wird

Datensätze zu Forenmeldungen und Moderationsentscheidungen (wer welche Nachricht gemeldet hat, der Grund und das Ergebnis) werden ohne den Nachrichtentext aufbewahrt, um die Foren vor Missbrauch zu schützen.

Qué se conserva

Étapes

  1. Ouvrez l'application TriveLive, ou ouvrez la page Profil du site web TriveLive dans n'importe quel navigateur.
  2. Connectez-vous avec la même méthode que précédemment (e-mail, Google ou Apple). Vous devez vous être connecté au cours des 5 dernières minutes.
  3. Ouvrez Profil → Compte et appuyez sur Supprimer le compte, puis sur Oui, supprimer mon compte.

Si vous ne pouvez plus vous connecter, écrivez-nous à info@trivelive.com depuis l'adresse e-mail de votre compte et nous le supprimerons pour vous.

Ce qui est supprimé

  • Immédiatement : votre compte de connexion, votre adresse e-mail, votre nom d'utilisateur, le lien vers votre photo de profil, votre bio, vos paramètres, vos favoris, vos choix de notification et vos appareils de notification.
  • Immédiatement : vos publications et les réponses qui s'y trouvent, vos mentions « J'aime », vos abonnements, vos demandes d'abonnement et vos blocages.
  • Immédiatement : le texte de vos messages du forum (ils sont affichés comme « utilisateur supprimé »). Les enregistrements restants des messages et vos mentions « J'aime » sont effacés avec le forum du match, au plus tard 36 heures après la fin du match.
  • Sous 14 jours : les copies de vos paramètres et de vos appareils de notification dans les sauvegardes de notre serveur.

Ce qui est conservé

Les enregistrements des signalements sur le forum et des décisions de modération (qui a signalé quel message, le motif et l'issue) sont conservés sans le texte du message, afin de protéger les forums contre les abus.

Passos
